STARLINGS Fishing Competition 2024 (Completed)
This year participants could compete in three different ways – details were available in the registration form. The competition consisted of 2 qualifying rounds: a spring pike competition and an autumn pike competition, both held in lakes across Småland on May 11 and on August 31.
Information about the competition lakes was sent to participants one week before each competition day.
As in previous years, we concluded the competition at Vimmerby Stadshotell with dinner and an award ceremony. Prizes were sponsored by a number of partners and the award was presented to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers, the podium winners of Round 2, and the angler who caught the longest fish of the competition. Even the “lucky losers” received a cap to wear at next summer’s competitions.
